Hi! I'm Rachel Skye. I teach confidence with a sensual approach.
Women are constantly being body and sex shamed by society and I see how that affects all aspects of their lives.
I’ve made it my goal to help women find their voice, embrace their sexuality and become a force of nature!
I’ve been helping women build confidence through pole dance for over 16 years, including running my own studio in Lancaster, PA for 11 of those years. Over time, I noticed so many of my students struggled with self-doubt, often tied to shame and fear stories they’d been told about themselves. This inspired me to create Fierce Confidence in 2020, a 6-week program focused on sensual movement to help women break free from those limiting beliefs and truly own their value.
My teaching style mixes sensuality with humor, making the journey of self-discovery fun, freeing, and full of heart. I’m passionate about helping women find their voice and am fully invested in guiding every woman through her journey to unwavering confidence, ensuring they emerge empowered to meet and live life authentically.
